Registration

Attendance to the meeting is strictly by invitation. If you wish to attend the conference and have not received the invitation, please contact the conference organizers.

The registration fee covers scientific activities, coffee breaks, lunches, the visit to the Alcazar, and the gala dinner.

There is a social program for accompanying persons that includes Welcome reception, gala dinner, and a visit to the Alcazar. For more information contact Mariana: mariana.huerta@imdea.org

VISA Information

Most non-European visitors traveling to Spain will require a visa. Please check with your local Spanish Consulate or Embassy for specific requirements related to your visa application. We strongly recommend applying as early as possible, as the process may take several weeks.

If you need an invitation letter to support your visa application, please contact the symposium secretariat at: mariana.huerta@imdea.org.

When requesting the invitation letter, make sure to include the following information:

  • Full name (as it appears in your passport)
  • Passport number
  • Affiliation and mailing address
  • Phone number
  • Work email address
